Viewing Your Personal Details

   Overview   

OneUSG Connect provides the ability to view your personal information through Employee Self Service.  You can view the following personal information:

  • Home Address - Paper checks sent via mail go to this address, not the mailing address.
  • Mailing Address
  • Work Address
  • Contact Details
  • Name
  • Ethnic Group
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Veteran Status
  • Additional Personal Information

Instructions on how to update each of these fields are provided in separate tutorials in the OneSource Training Library.

In this article, you will view your personal information. 

Changing personal information will be covered in other topics as noted in this article.

1. Step 1

From the Employee Self Service page, click the Personal Details tile.

The Personal Details page opens to display multiple options.

Click on the View Addresses tile.

3. Step 3

Your home address and mailing address (if applicable) are displayed. 

Click the Update Addresses button if information needs to be updated.

Click the Return [<] arrow in the top left corner to return to the Personal Details page.

Note: You must be connected to a UGA network to update this information. Contact HR if you need to update this information and aren't able to connect.

Click on the View Contact Details tile.

Your phone numbers and email addresses are displayed. 

Scroll down if information needs to be updated. 

6. Step 6

Click the Update Contact Details button to update information.

Click the Return [<] arrow in the top left corner to return to the Personal Details page.

Note: For instructions on changing your phone number and email address, see the articles Changing My Phone Number and Adding an Email Address.

Click on the View Emergency Contacts tile.

Your Emergency Contact Details are displayed (if applicable).

Click the Update Emergency Contacts button to update the information. 

Click the Return [<] arrow in the top left corner to return to the Personal Details page.

Note: You must be connected to a UGA network to update this information. Contact HR if you need to update this information and aren't able to connect.

Click on the View Names tile.

Your Name Details are displayed. 

Click the Update Name button to update the information. 

Click the Return [<] arrow in the top left corner to return to the Personal Details page.

Click on the View Ethnic Groups tile

Your Ethnic Groups information is displayed. 

Read the "Voluntary Self-Identification" disclaimer. 

Scroll down if information needs to be updated. 

13. Step 13

Click the Update Ethnic Group button to update information. 

Click the Return [<] arrow in the top left corner to return to the Personal Details page.

Click on the View Disability tile.

Your Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability information is displayed. 

Read the disclaimers below. 

Scroll down if information needs to be updated.

Click the Update Disability button to update information. 

Click the Return [<] arrow in the top left corner to return to the Personal Details page.

Click on the View Veteran Status tile.
