The W-2 Form is a statement sent to employees at the end of each tax year for use in preparing their tax returns. By receiving your W-2 electronically, you are protecting your information by ensuring that only you receive your W-2. You will need to provide your consent to receive an electronic W-2 in OneUSG Connect.
In this article, you will consent to receive your W2 form electronically.
First, log into OneUSG Connect.
From the Employee Self Service Homepage, click the Payroll tile.
Click the Taxes tile.
On the tax page, click the W-2/W-2c Consent link.
The consent form is displayed.
Click the Check here to withdraw your consent... button to remove consent or leave unchecked to consent,
and click the Submit button.
