In this article, you will learn the steps to access your Mapping for UGA Journeys Career Forms through Smartsheet.

Enter your information into the Email field and click Continue.

The UGA SSO page is displayed.
Enter your information into the required fields and click the LOGIN button.

|
|
|
The Journeys Sheet Employee View page is displayed.
Select the appropriate Employee Name, then click Attachments to see PDF option.

The attachment details are displayed.
Click on the PDF icon to download the form.

The UGA Journeys Employee Classification Summary form is displayed with your information.
