UGAMail

The University of Georgia's email system, UGAMail, is powered by Microsoft's Office 365 Education for email, calendar and task services. 

Who can access UGAMail?

UGAMail is available to eligible UGA students, faculty, staff and some affiliates and retirees. More information on eligibility for access to UGAMail is available in the article What Happens to My UGA Email and Office365 Access After I Leave UGA?

How do I access UGAMail?

UGAMail can be accessed via:

• MyUGA Portal (http://my.uga.edu)
• UGAMail Homepage (http://ugamail.uga.edu/)
• A properly configured email client, such as Outlook for Windows or MacOS.
• The mail app on Android or iOS phones or tablets.
• The UGA Mobile App. 

To log in to UGAMail on the web or in the UGA Mobile App, enter your MyID@uga.edu and your MyID password on the log in screen.

Note: You may be prompted to log in with ArchPass, UGA's two-step login solution, powered by Duo, if you are off-campus. 

Coming September 2025

A new step will be added to the login process for UGAMail and Microsoft 365 applications. This change may require users to initially re-authenticate into some Microsoft 365 applications; this is expected behavior with the new Duo prompt.

To proceed, click "Approve with UGA ArchPass Duo" to receive the Duo prompt.
