How to Change Default Calendar Access Rights

This article provides information for changing the sharing permissions for the calendar in Outlook for Windows, MacOS and Outlook on the web.

By default, anyone at the University of Georgia can view your free/busy time in the UGAMail Calendar.

To change this, you must first set your account up in an Exchange client capable of setting calendar permissions for the Default user.
